The Booking Process

If you’re booking for the first time, there are some easy to follow instructions below.  Click on the drop down boxes to read them before hitting the BOOK NOW button. 

We provide sessions at a reduced rate for clients aged 16 – 18 years of age and concession card holders. 

Online and face to face sessions are the same cost.  All sessions attract GST. (included in the cost)

We use Halaxy as a booking and payment platform.  You will be prompted to pay by credit card in order to confirm a session.  If you would prefer to pay by direct deposit, give the practice a call on 0493 765 786 and arrangements can be made.  I endeavour to return all missed calls within 24 hours.

Location

Ebb and Flow Counselling operates from different sites on different days.
Online Sessions are available on any of the practice days.

Booking System

By clicking on the BOOK NOW button on this website, you’ll be taken to the Halaxy Platform which manages the Ebb and Flow Calendar. This is a secure platform which will collect your contact details and send you confirmation notifications.

How to Use the Booking System

1. By clicking the BOOK NOW button on this website, you’ll be taken to the Ebb and Flow Counselling Profile Page in Halaxy.
2. Next to my photo, click on the drop down box and choose the location that you prefer.
3. Click on the blue Book Appointment button.
4. Under “Service Item”, choose the type of appointment that you need and you will be taken to the calendar to choose a time that suits you best.
5. Enter your contact details.
6. The next step is payment. Your payment details are securely stored in Halaxy and will not be used without your permission.

Session for 16 – 18 year old young people and concession card holders

This 60-minute session is conducted either online through a video call OR in person. This cost applies to young people aged 16 – 18 years of age and to concession card holders. $100.00 per session.

This 60-minute session is conducted either online through a video call OR in person. This cost applies to adults and non-concession holders. $110.00 per session.

This 90-minute session is conducted in person. This session is only for couples and no discounted rate applies.   $150.00 per session.
